If a reschedule is needed, you must notify the artist 48-hours before your scheduled appointment time.
Rescheduling or cancelling within 48-hours of your appointment forfeits your deposit and a new deposit will be required for an appointment.
No-show and cancellations within 24-hours may prevent further bookings.
The deposit is transferable for one reschedule. In the event of a second reschedule the deposit will be forfeited and a new one will be required.
Zelle and cash is preferred but debit/credit are accepted as well
Client must be 18 years on the day of the appointment.
You may bring 1 guest to accompany you. NO MINORS allowed in the studio.
The deposit is non-refundable.
Your appointment is not guaranteed until the deposit is received.
The deposit holds appointment date and time, and compensates for lost time in the case of cancellations.
